Tuesday, Emily had a new “long line” installed. When that procedure was finished Tony noted that she didn’t seem to be responding to her enviroment like she normally does. Well, Emily got measured yesterday. She is now 1 lb, 8 oz. That’s a 50% weight gain over the past three weeks! She’s also a bit longer; 12 1/4 ” compared to 11 1/2 ” at birth. Her head circumferance has also increased by 1 cm in the past week. Yesterday she needed a new … [Read more…]

She has been tolerating her feeds well (She’s on day six of a fifteen day feeding schedule to get her digestive system used to food.), and her abdomen has been distended.
