Max is doing much better. He is off oxygen and breathing room air. And he’s a very, very hungry little boy. He is scheduled to be released sometime tomorrow. We can hardly wait for him to come home!

Our Unplanned Life
Sometimes the best things in life are unexpected.
Thank Goodness! I actually ran into Eric Mallow yesterday and (without breaking HIPAA or anything) he let me know that Max was doing well. So I have been able to stop panicking, but it sure is good to hear it from you guys! Happy Homecoming, Max! You belong at home with your fabulous Mommy and Daddy.
YAY!!!! I am sooo excited for you. I guess I won’t get to see you before you leave. Make sure to let me know how things are going.

While we’ve never met or corresponded before, I have been reading your blogs for nearly a year. I’m so thrilled for you and happy to hear that little Max will be safely home and in your arms tomorrow. What a blessing!
I started reading your blog about Emily and have followed your story since then, checking every few days. I am so glad to hear this latest news, that Max will be coming home! I’ve been praying for him and for the two of you. You’ve had a rough road to travel. I pray it will be smooth from here on!

God is faithful! So happy that Baby Max is able to come home today, it technically was an almost normal hospital length stay since Jen had a C-section, so I totally believe that prayer warriors from all over had a hand in his rapid turnaround.
Am praying that every day with your Max is as special as he is.
