A quick post…

I have been meaning to post this for a while now and I am just now getting around to it. This is our house that we are moving to.

This slide show is realitively self explanitory. We plan on doing work to the back yard (that cluster of plants off the patio has a small pond in it… not really safe for Max). Max’s room also doesn’t have funny carpet in it. That is just a rug. His room is all hardwood floors that is finished. The rest of the house has hardwood floors also but not all of them are finished. Some have carpeting in them. The kitchen is small which will be a bit of a challenge for me but to live in my own house it is worth it. We plan on making the kitchen not eat in anymore for everyone but Max. For the time being this will be done with kitchen carts so we can have storage and counter space.

I will be taking pictures of Max’s room once we get his nursery complete. However I know that it will not be complete until after he is here (my mother is going to help me with some of it) so don’t expect to see pictures of it till late October.

Someone asked when my planned c-section date was. It is September 26. I have a counter to the right that shows how many days until this date. I believe I have 36 days today. Which honestly I feel like I need to climb Mt. Everest between then and now with how much we need to get done before Max arrives. Luckly for me most of it is shopping. HA ha! Though the move will also be a huge thing for me. The counter on top is referring to Max’s gestation.

I don’t have any word on my step brother’s condition. Sorry I can’t update on that. If I hear anything I will try to post it.

What a beautiful house you get to bring Max home to! I bet you are excited to decorate his room! And if you can all eat together, it doesn’t matter what size the kitchen is. Good luck with the move 🙂

    Hi Jennifer,

I love you new house! It has a wonderful yard but I agree that the pond must go. It looks like everything is in good condition. I especially like the green and black bathroom. What fun you will have moving in and preparing for Max’s arrival. Do you have a theme in mind for his room?

Only 32 days to go and aren’t you glad they will be busy ones so that they will fly by.
    Good luck with the move!

    Take care, Rowena
