29 weeks 4 days…

Well Max is doing well. I went to the doctor yesterday and there wasn’t much news to report. I am gaining weight in a good way, I do not have gestational diabetes (huge relief there!), and Max’s heart rate is nice and strong!

I was able to find out how Max is positioned. He is head down, which he honestly has been since his 6 week ultrasound. That makes me think that he will not move now. Not that it makes that big of a difference. Ha ha!

I have been sleeping on several pillows not so much for comfort but more because I wake up better when I do that. It is getting really hard for me to sleep flat since then I have problems with Max kicking my stomach. I don’t like sleeping on an incline but it is almost a week now so I am getting used to it… sort of.

I am roughly 43 and a half inches around as per about a minute ago. So I feel big and trust me I look it.

Most of our family already knows this but for those of you that don’t, Tony and I are in the process of purchasing our first home. I know we must be nuts to consider this right now considering how pregnant I am but it will be nice to bring Max home to a home that he can grow up in. We should be closing on it on August 28th. In my post next week I will include pictures of the house… I just want to get a few final loose ends tied up with it before I talk about it too much. So any prayer regarding this would be most appreciated. Thank you!

Well that is about all I have for now… expect the next post to be full of pictures because I have none this time. I also have an ultrasound at the end of next week so I should have 2 postings with pictures next week.

Jennifer

I think this is the ultimate definition of “nesting.”

May your new home be filled with much love, laughter… and at least some semblance of sleep.

    Hi Jennifer,

We just returned home from vacation last night. We had a wonderful time but it is good to be home again.

How wonderful that you are moving into a new home before Max is born. I think it will be nice for you to be very busy while these next few weeks pass. Now they will fly by! Look forward to seeing the pictures!

So glad to hear that you do not have gestational diabetes. Just makes these next few weeks so much less stressful for you.

    Have a great week. Rowena
