Today by any other name, still the same…

Hello,

Not much has been happening with us. I went to the dermatologist and I a fine for another year. I asked them to fill out the paperwork that I need to get tint on our Minivan (we purchased a Minivan in November) so that I don’t have to wear sunscreen everyday. They said they would do that for me so that is good! Yesterday Tony and I went to the eye doctor and just like I thought would happen, I have really good vision (near 20/20) and Tony has awful vision (his Rx changed). So Tony is getting new glasses though I think everyone will not notice a difference since they look identical to the ones he has currently.

That is about all that has happened with us. Last weekend it did snow a bit but it has already melted. I have found myself watching Nascar for some strange reason. Perhaps I just can’t wait till the baseball season starts up. Next week hopefully I will have something interesting to say.

I have to get a new book to crochet things soon. I would like to stay with the baby theme and do something for a boy this time. Any suggestions are welcome! Oh those who do not know, I was crocheting an outfit and a blanket for Emily when she died. Tony made me promise that I would continue with it and finish it. Which I am about 2-3 weeks (depending on how much I work on it) from finishing it.

Talk to everyone later!
Jennifer

    Hi Jennifer,

Sounds like you are getting lots accomplished. Be sure to take a picture of the outfit and blanket you are crocheting so that we can see it. I’m sure it’s beautiful. I hope to learn to crochet or knit sometime. I would like to do blankets to donate to the hospital or the local children’s shelter.

We are also waiting for baseball season to start. In fact, we are going to spring training this weekend in Phoenix to see “our” San Diego Padres play. We have been doing this the first weekend of March for the last few years. Our anniversary is March 3 and this trip is how we celebrate.

    Take care, Rowena
