Well it has been a minute or two since I have been on here. We got our kitchen done, then I went on a 6 month journey to find a child to adopt. No one said that adding to our family was going to be easy! That resulted in taking an airplane ride across the country (both boys first time that they rode in an airplane… though Max went when he was two, he just doesn’t remember it). We met our future daughter and about a month and half later she was living with us!
Then the real work started. After many trials and tribulations, we have come through and last Monday we actually adopted her. Her name is Violet (which is a family name from her “past life”). Violet is 11 years old.
The next chapter in our life were certainly not planned for when I started this blog. I has been 20 years since I had the triplets. However I am optimistic that my next 20 years will be as intersting as the last 20 years.
