Well iOS-8 came out and I need to clear space on my phone. I don’t want to do that. I like things the way they are. I guess I am silly that way. However I realized that I had a lot of “B” photos in a photography program that I don’t use as much now. So I imported all of those to my downloadable album and went down memory lane:
Okay and now for more recent photos:

There is something strange with this photo. This is our local Tesla charging station. I have no problem with that. It just seems to me that an electric car wouldn’t need the HUGE “danger high voltage” box right next to it. They should be able to make it cleaner then that.

I had wanted 3 pounds of pork belly when I went to Whole Foods. Sadly that wasn’t in the case so, the guy went in the back and brought out this. On a lark, I asked if I could get a discount if I got the whole thing. To my shock he reduced the price by $2 a pound. I couldn’t say no. So this is 12 lbs of pork belly!

I made the boy’s pull overs. They just happen to have the same pattern on last night. Nathaniel wasn’t in the mood for photography.
Okay there are the photos! Now to the rest of the story.
The boys finished their first (Nathaniel) and second (Max) swim class last week. So they both start new ones this week. Nathaniel’s class is on Monday nights and he did very well last night. Clearly the time is better for him. He was moving his arms or moving his legs, sadly not at the same time. He clearly loves the water! Max’s class is on Friday and it is with other homeschoolers. So that should be good.
Schooling for Max is going well. We are on target for finishing at the end of May, however I am not thinking that will actually be our end date. Math seems to be going better this year as well as reading. History is into the stuff I like, so that is fun as well. Writing Max is slowly improving on. However this is slow going. I figured it would be though.
Nathaniel is talking all the time. It seems almost a daily occurrence he says something new. He seems to love the color orange and if given a choice will normally chose the orange one. He isn’t as oral as Max was at this age and therefore you can let him play in the basement with Max without a fear of having it in a hospital room visit because of an accidental swallowing. He loves walking around and knows the routines that the rest of the family has but he doesn’t, like taking off shoes when we get home. He sleeps very warmly and even with these cold nights, I find myself constantly trying to get him under the covers! He likes dancing to the sound of the Vitamix. Oh and he can throw a ball really far if he wants!
We have decided to join eMeals again. I know I have talked about this in the past but it has been a few years. The last time we were on eMeals I was just off Chemo I think. Well I have been getting emails from them and finally they had a deal that was too good to be true. They have a Paleo meal plan, but they have also added Paleo Breakfast and Paleo Lunch add on’s! So now every week I will get 7 Paleo dinners (note these are not all safe for Nathaniel, but we will make do), 5 Paleo Breakfasts and 5 Paleo Lunches. They also give me a shopping list for all of this. 🙂 I am thinking that if we do 5 of the 7 meals for dinner and the lunch and breakfasts we should just about be right. There will be left overs so that will fill in the weekend as well as we tend to do more labor intensive meals on the weekend and those are our fun meals. For instance this weekend we will be making a different grain free pizza crust. I will also be making donuts! My hope is this will save us time, money and the dreaded “what will we have for lunch?”
They have other plans available including a dinner plans for 1-2 people. I don’t have an affiliate link, but here is their website: www.emeals.com
Well I think that is us in a nutshell! I will be moving the site again soon so please keep that in mind if the site is down for a few days. Hopefully it will not take long.
