Lets just say that it wasn’t fun driving back from my CT scan today. Snow was pouring down and plows were not really out. Max had fun though back here. Sadly Nathaniel didn’t share his enjoyment of the situation. Nathaniel refused to eat from a bottle from Tony and only relented when I was on my way home and talking to him (though a hands free device) on the phone.
I finally used up the rest of our turkey last night. I made a casserole with shredded potato, sweet potato, onion, carrots, celery (as that was left over too), left over gravy, eggs, nutritional yeast, salt, pepper, sage, thyme and turkey (of coarse). I didn’t write down the recipe as it was sort of one of those “lets throw it in and see how that tastes” type thing. Thankfully it turned out well and we will have the rest tonight for dinner.
