Well I got a better photo of Max in his new PJ’s.
This was taken on Sunday but as you can see, Fenway has a new home. Yes the egg was on at this point, and no it wasn’t hot under there. Silly puppy!
I had my OB appointment yesterday. There wasn’t much to it. I didn’t gain any weight in 2 weeks. Not sure how I managed that. However Nathaniel seems fine. I am measuring at 31 weeks so I am right on target! I still don’t have my c-section paperwork, but I hope to get that by next week when I see my doctor again. I then go back 2 weeks later then I start weekly appointments. I guess the schedule is really booked up for the 18 of July but my OB said that that isn’t the case as women go early all the time. Also because it is an inner city hospital, they often have undocumented people show up and they don’t fit on the schedule either, so they just squeeze them in. She said she would take me over one of them. So at least I know I will deliver that day one way or another.
Max did a marathon school day today of 3 math lessons and 2 reading lessons. Tomorrow is another marathon day of 2 math lessons and 3 reading lessons. I am just trying to cram as much into him as possible as he is needing a break and so am I. If I can do this tomorrow then we will be down to 20 lessons and I think that should be doable for this month… hopefully. Really depends on the schedule of appointments but it looks good on paper at this point. Tomorrow will probably be the last day he will have school this week unless I talk Tony into doing a lesson with him on Saturday.
Tony and I went through the basement on Sunday and took out all the things that we will need for Nathaniel. The exception to that is the swing, which will be taken out once we clean the living room, which will be after Fenway gets shaved. He is going in on Friday so maybe this weekend we can take that out. I am down to 6 weeks on Thursday so I feel like I need to get some of this stuff done when I can. However Tony realized when we were going through things that Emily lived long enough that she passed down hand me downs to Max and now we get to use those for Nathaniel. Strange how that works. I think this was harder on Tony then it was for me. I did most of my own nesting last time as we moved right before Max was born. Unless you count tearing out carpet as nesting. Maybe!
This week I still have an MRI on Thursday (hope to get those results on Thursday or Friday). And a growth check on Nathaniel on Friday. Busy week! Next Tuesday is my next OB appointment.
