This was taken right when we got home from church. I little bit worse (the video shows a leaf blowing in the wind down the street) however still not that bad.
We are told that we should prepare for this storm and have everything ready but tonight. It looks like this storm will go right over head. The only thing I am worried about right now is a power outage. The rest I could deal with but we need the sump pump to continue to work. We will see what happens. We are told that the brunt of this storm will hit late Monday night into Tuesday and continue on to Wednesday.
Please keep in your prayers the people in the big cities here on the east coast. I am VERY worried about the people in Philadelphia and New York city. The subways in both of these cities could easily flood and that wouldn’t be good. Neither of these cities really have to deal with anything like this regularly so I imagine the residents there don’t know where to go. There is talk that NYC will shut down the subways ahead of this storm. I really hope they do that.
I am am also prayerful for the people that might have been effected by the huge earthquake/tsunami off the coast of Canada this morning. That is a huge earthquake and I hope everyone is safe.
