I made this chart yesterday when I realized today is suppose to be as high as 70 degrees. I thought this was odd for my birthday so I went to every city I have been in on my birthday (best guess) and figured out what the temperature was on that day. This is my list. Those who know me well, will know the towns that I refer to, except for maybe in 2006. That one should be self explanatory but may not be. What I think is funny is how the temperature is always the same relatively speaking in West Coast A. Funny!

I am not expecting much if anything for my birthday. What I really want, only God can give me but at least I got some news on that today…

A word about cycle for Baby E…

Today I went in to find out about my next cycle. I got my schedule and it seems rather straight forward.  Today I will get a call to tell me to start estrogen. I will be on estrogen till about 12 weeks gestation… hopefully. I will go in again on October 29 (a week from today) to check that estrogen is doing what it is suppose to. I will then go in again on November 5. This appointment will tell me if I can start progesterone as well as the estrogen. Assuming I can, I will then go in on November 12 for my embryo transfer that afternoon.

All of these are Monday appointments. So that is good. If all goes well I will have my beta on Monday, November 26 as we will be going away for Thanksgiving this year. I will likely know on Thanksgiving though if I have something to be extra thankful for this year. Lets pray that is the case!

You all should know me well enough not to leave it there. I went onto a FET (frozen embryo transfer) due date calendar online and found out when my due date would be. Are you ready for this? July 31! Yep I would be due on the same day as my triplets were born, and when we lost both Christopher and Baby I. Thankfully I will not deliver on my due date though. My baby “pop out” day would be July 17.

We are hoping this baby is sticky and survives the thaw for MANY reasons. If this doesn’t work though that would bring me to…

A word about adoption…

I found out at the end of last week that I can not adopt period, till after I have been in remission for 5 years. I contacted an agency that deals with both domestic and international adoption. I am barely over 2 years out right now so that means I really have about 3 years. It stinks. However if I were to get pregnant, I would have to wait till the baby is over 18 months to adopt. Seeing how I can’t adopt till August of 2015, if I have a baby in July 2013, that would be fitting in more ways then one. I want 3 children so I think regardless we will be heading for adoption. So hopefully we will have a bright spot (other then just Max) in the meanwhile.

Well that is all of my story for today. We are having nachos and watching TV tonight with our big boy. What more could I want?  🙂
