Okay the rest of the story now that I am on the computer…

Here is some of the other stuff I occasional post on the blog that I would have added yesterday but writing on my phone, while doable is not fun!

2 weeks ago I saw a sale on Econuts which is a laundry soap. I have heard great things about it online and wanted to try some. So this week it arrived. I have yet to try it but you really can’t beat the price. It was $28 with shipping for a 360 load box of it. It is completely natural soap and can even be composted. So we will have to see how I like them. I have been looking for a cloth diaper soap for a while now as I didn’t really like what we were using for Max at the end of his diapering.

Max has about 6 more lessons of his Pre-school homeschool left. I have been taking it easy for the last few weeks as I think he deserves a summer, even if we don’t go anywhere. Yesterday I ordered for him the Kindergarten curriculum. I am really looking forward to this as it seems that Max is smarter then we think. The other day I asked Max how much he loves his daddy (Tony). Max said “$10” which in Max language is a HUGE some of money. I then asked him how much he loves me and he said $10. Finally I asked him how much he loves Fenway he said “$5”. I thought that was a rather odd number for him to pull out of the air and asked Tony about it. He thought it could have been a coincidence. Then last night we went to the new Walgreens that just opened and got some desert for all of us. Max got a big size peanut butter cup candy package. Tony thought we should just have half of what we got and gave Max 2 peanut butter cups. Max then asked where the other 2 were. So to me this is telling me that Max may be getting some math concepts. Something I haven’t been working with him on as half the time I ask him to count he refuses (a trait that Max seems to have). Tony said he was the same way and doing things like this at an early age, so now I am just thinking it is genetic.

We are having fun processing all the food we are getting from the CSA. We are getting better and better at it and feel like we will really cut down on our food budget this winter from what we have saved from this summer. It really is a win win for us. Not bad for a under $400 investment for the year! Our garden is also growing well and we have a few eating pumpkins growing and 3 butternut squashes (2 are tiny though). So we should get some food for long term storage from that as well!

Today I looked at a pregnancy countdown website and I figured out why I am going to the doctor today. Today I am 0 weeks 0 days pregnant. 40 weeks from today I should have a 2 week old. So this is my baseline. Rather cool if you ask me! We are hoping for Baby J to be transferred. I have no control over this but I feel like Baby J is the baby that is suppose to be my take home baby (not that I don’t hope that Baby E and Baby G don’t come home!).

Well I need to get breakfast and then go to the doctor. Will report back when I am done!
