We were hard at work processing all of our peaches yesterday (we also got nectarines yesterday that haven’t been processed yet so we are about 1/3 of the way there). I will post later a full inventory because it is really amazing how much we have canned this year already. That should hopefully help with any food inflation this winter, not to mention if I am inflating (as in I am pregnant) it should hopefully help offset that. Ha ha!
Someone asked what the name of the app is I have for the photos, it is Camera+. You can find information about it here. I like how it can change existing photos to make them look better. So often I take a photo and say, “Wow! I wish I would have had the flash on with that!” This fixes that problem.
Well that is all for now. I want to take a photo of my jars today if everything goes well.
