I am sorry I can’t post photo’s today. Tomorrow I plan on being home all day and this should be easier for me.
Last night I didn’t terrify the nutritionist. She was a bit taken back by me, but that is to be expected. She gave me a list of food groups that I should be eating everyday and how much each meal. She also told me I need to get in 3 snacks a day… sometimes it is hard for me to get 3 meals a day so 3 snacks is going to be a goal for me. I am also suppose to write a food journal. Already I know I need to do different things as my eating today (on paper) has been awful. So I guess some good has come out of this. I will see her again in a month.
Went grocery shopping today and to the dentist. All is well on both accounts so that is good. Tomorrow it is my day of rest! Yay! Oh and starting estrogen! Yay!
