These photos are from the last night in the hotel. Max and Tony went swimming. I was going to join them but at the last minute decided not too. I was glad that I didn’t when we got down there there were a ton of people in the pool.
On Saturday we had LOTS of fun at Ikea. As you can see Max had breakfast there but we didn’t stay for lunch. Surprisingly he had trouble drinking out of the carton of orange juice. Silly Max!
This is what we got at Ikea. LOTS of bookshelves. One isn’t up yet and it will go up on the wall above the TV cabinet. As you can see we worked on this for a while on Saturday and most of yesterday to get it to this state.
We also got this futon. It will be our couch in the living room until we can afford the couch that we really want. At that point this will go into the guest bedroom. You may also notice a mirror off to the right, we have yet to hang this but it will be at the base of our stairs. Believe it or not, this all fit into our van! Amazing what flat box packaging can do!
Today I had to take Max to a drop in center then I went to get my PET scan. So much fun. I will get the results of that on Wednesday and I am PRAYING that my doctor doesn’t think I have cancer because I have horrible allergies right now. I mean seriously, both cars are green right now and they are suppose to be blue or brown!
Anyway on the way home I saw this dirigible or blimp. I was a bit surprised to see it and commented to Max about it. I think it is the first time he has ever seen one. As I got closer to it, I realized that it wasn’t the Goodyear one or anything like that. It said it was US Army. In haste I grabbed my phone and took one photo, not really expecting to even catch it in my frame. You can imagine my shock when I got home and I had this photograph!
Well that is all for now. It is a warm day here today, about 80, so we will be grilling today after Tony gets home.

I love the bookshelves. They look great! I’ve never been to an Ikea, but they sure sound interesting.
