Before I forget, I was asked on a comment how old I was when I had Chemo. I was 33 years and 2 months when I started and I finished at 33 years and 5 months. I received the pelvic radiation at 33 years and 7 months.
I really did intend to keep up with is better but I had a good excuse. My mother and step father came in on Thursday and were here for about 40 hours. Yep their trip was SOO short that you could count it in hours. In that time I got Max’s cold that he had. It got so bad that the day they left I was left without a voice! The good news is I know sign language… I had 2 years of it in high school. The bad news is because Tony figured out Max’s cry language so early, no one in the family knows sign language other then me. So that was a bit of a challenge. I am now feeling about 80% and hope that I will get the last 20% soon! Needless to say, we rested much of the weekend.
The bottom photo is of a soup that I was SHOCKED about. It is a very common soup that I am sure a few people on here will know what it is. However I am wanting to hear guesses so please post a comment on here of what kind of soup you think it was. It was very good and it is all gone now.
We have moved our guest bed into Max’s room in the hopes that he would loose his fear of his room. So I am currently sleeping on the guest bed while Max sleeps in his bed. 1 night down and so far so good. A side benefit of this is we are realizing that we really could have 3 children sleep in that bedroom if we needed them to. So that is sort of cool should we need it. One could only hope!
Well that is all for now!
