This was taken last week when Tony’s parents were in town.
Last week we had a busy week. Tony did get his permanent position so that chapter is finally behind us! Sad part is we will not have great health insurance and we will not even get that till April. Which stinks but it is better then what we have now. Also after tomorrow (I have a port flush) I will not really need it until April. However Tony does really enjoy his job so that is good. Honestly at this point I am not really worrying about things, though admittedly I am a bit nervous about my scan in April but that is mainly because SOO much is riding on this scan. I imagine that this anxiety will get worse as I get closer.
In other news, I started a blog for my sister Junjun. She is the one that if you have been following us since the beginning, she was adopted from China 9 months after Emily died. She is currently 8 years old and has dreams of winning Olympic gold in figure skating. She currently skates 3-4 mornings before school starts, and normally is there on Saturday as well. She has a coach who has brought someone to the Olympics, and is working with a choreographer that is well known in ice skating circles (I am not in those but I am a good cheerer from afar). She will have her first competition in March. Her blog isn’t very together yet, but that is mainly because I don’t have all the stuff that our father does on her. I have been on to him about starting this blog for a while as I am always curious about her progress. He assures me that he will keep the blog updated while he quietly waits as she skates. I too will be adding to it when I get word I should update it. The blog address is www.skatingforgold.blogspot.com
That is all for now!
