Today I sent Tony out to get some red wine that we needed to make dinner tonight. He comes back with this:
Okay. I don’t know anything about wine so that is good. After all it is just for cooking. Well after we open it for our meal, Tony decides to have a glass and see how it is. To his shock he likes it. Then he tells me how he found it.
He said he was looking at the wine and he saw 2 bottles that seemed good. One had the word “cheap” in the title and then there was this wine that he got. He said that he got this wine because it was cheaper then the wine that had “cheap” in it’s title! So he paid his $5 plus tax on the wine and thought that it probably would taste awful. You can imagine his surprise when it didn’t taste bad at all!
Moral of my story – Don’t judge a wine by it’s label. Cheap isn’t always the best… though clearly if you mean price of wine, it might be!
