This is Rustic Mayan Chocolate Truffles. I made them today. Max finally found a chocolate he doesn’t like. This is made with 85% Cocoa but has no sweeteners in it. So they are a bit bitter but in a good way. Max however thinks they are bitter in a bad way. It made way more then I thought it was going to make. However they are tasty!
