Us…

I finally got a monkey on my back! Max today let me put him on my back. I must admit this isn’t easy for me yet but it does work, even if it takes time for me to do. He loved it as he fell asleep!

Tony and I are preparing for the hurricane. We are pretty far inland but New Jersey drains as well as a pyrex bowl (not well) so we could be subject to flooding. Luckily for us I tend to stock pile food so our biggest concerns are really just for our food in freezer or refrigerator. We are also concerned about one tree in our neighbors yard that may land on our house if it were to fall. It has a large vertical crack in it and we think it would land on their house, but we don’t want to take any chances with it. I told Tony I would feel better if we moved the expensive/important/non-replaceable things from that side of the house. I am also thinking we should sleep on the other side of the house Saturday night. There are other trees that are not ours that could hit the playset or shed. These are suppose to be removed in the next month however God may have other plans.

Well that is all I know for now!
