I had never heard of this before. However I think it is really good! It is basically a thin meatloaf that is cooked then you put pizza toppings on top. The recipe I had was for Greek toppings so olives, onions and feta cheese. I added the mozzarella because I had a bit that I thought I should use.
Tony is in Indiana right now. He says it reminds him of where he grew up. So that is nice. I certainly love the lower cost of living there. Tomorrow is his interview then he will fly back home. Then the real challenge happens, waiting for the offer… God willing!
