Today we didn’t do anything big. Went grocery shopping, Tony mowed the lawn, I spend the afternoon cooking. Basically a normal day. Max wanted to nap during our grocery shopping but we didn’t really let him. So we tried to put him to bed a bit earlier tonight. Sadly we didn’t quite make our goal though. I remember that this transition time of nap to no nap is a hard one and I think till we figure out exactly what is happening with Tony’s work it is going to be a difficult thing.
That is all for now,

When my kiddos transitioned from nap to no nap (usually around 2-2 1/2) we found that they needed to go to bed by 6pm. My oldest son needs to be in bed as early as 5:30 on some days. This pushed our supper time up earlier for everyone, but in the end, it works for them and for me. They even still manage to sleep in well past 8am everyday! Good luck on your trial and error. You will find your rhythm soon.
