Today I was able to process my kombuncha that I made. So this is what it looked like before with the Scoby on top.
And this is in it’s second fermentation. It should be ready in about a week and I can’t wait to try it!
Tonight we went to a potluck as part of a mom’s group that I belong to. The person that hosted it lives on a working farm. So that was neat to see and I had to remind myself several times that we are in fact in New Jersey. So here is some of the plants (don’t remember what is in here).
And here is Tony and Max playing with the chickens. I have a bird phobia so I stayed my distance away.
All in all it was a great day and I am sure Max is going to sleep well tonight!
