Tony has often said that if God could create a cross between a pig and a chicken, it would be a perfect animal. Of coarse Tony was purely talking about the food we get from both animals. I don’t think he wants to see 300 lbs animals fly, or obese chickens that oink.
Today I made a recipe that called for bacon and chicken. I made my own pasta for the recipe. It was very filling and tasty, even if it is a bit brown.
Today Max and I went out to get some things for our bathroom. I think it is good for Tony to get away from searching obsessively online for work. Sometimes you just need to do something else. So he is getting rid of most of the pink in the half bath. Sadly our toilet and sink will have to wait till after Tony gets a job. But we got everything else except for flooring.

Abby, I don’t have any of your blog information anymore. I can’t see how you have been doing. Sorry you are up to your 5 year anniversary date. 5 years ago right now I thought I was fine. Shows you what a difference a few weeks can do. I am sure Olivia is having fun with my trio and any of the other lost children from that time. Getting all ready to start kindergarten in the fall (do they have fall there??) and ready for all new adventures. I had dreams before I had Max (Feb 2008 and May 2008 I believe) that were of how Christopher and Emily were doing now (then). I posted it on here when I had them. I hope you both made it through today alright. I know as my dates come up (beginning of July and July 31, then August 11 – the big bittersweet day for me) I will really start feeling it. I am glad that we have Max though and I hope that one day he will have a sibling that is more then just a photograph that he sees on a paper or computer screen.
Please contact me at the email address to the right. I would love to get back in touch with you both again.
Jennifer
