Day 82 of 365 March 24, 2011 by 3 ladybugs This is my fermenting garlic. It is suppose to turn blue/green. Good thing it is succeeding! I think I am going to try it tomorrow. It has been going like this for a week now. Everyone else is scared of it. Jennifer Related
