Today we did a few things, including starting our diet. Tonight we had a lamb pot roast that was delicious!! Anyway at one point we went outside to play on Max’s new toy. As you can see it is large. However it fits well in our yard as I am sure I will show you in the weeks to come (possibly Wednesday as by then we will have our yard done… at least till we replace the fence). We chose this model because we can expand it slightly when Max gets bigger so that it would have another clubhouse and a set of monkey bars (this would be next to the slide). We are still waiting for a few items for this set as this was a display model and we customized it a bit (added a tic tac toe panel, a “bubble” panel and a baby swing seat). It is a few years old and has been weathered but it just needs a good cleaning and a coat of stain and it would be brand new. We saved some money on it and actually got a bigger set by doing it this way. The parts are all under warranty on it so we are not worried. To our surprise Max has actually been doing quite well on the belt swing while we wait for the baby/toddler swing.
