Okay, I have had a sinus infection for most of the week. So this has been on my mind. I got this Neti pot shortly after our last trip to Florida. I had sinus trouble down there so I thought this might help. Well I got it then used tap water in it and I felt worse! So I stopped using it and got distilled water and there it sat… until Saturday when I needed to see if it could help me… and to my surprise it did! It has been helping me ever since too!
