Okay here it is! The Charanbrasian Pie! This all started when I kept seeing this can cherry pie filling in my cabinet. So I decided to make a cherry pie. But store bought crusts have been failing me lately. So I decided to make one. I made the first crust and put it in the pie pan. Then I went to get the cherry pie filling. I thought I had 2 cans, but I only had one. Fearing that I would have a rather flat pie, I had to figure out to make 1 can into 2. So I took out my raisins and my dried cranberries. I combined them with my cherries and then put the top crust on it and baked it.
I actually liked the pie. Tony said the raisins (golden) didn’t go with the rest. Max, who can’t tell mommy that he doesn’t like it, just ate everything but the raisins and I ate the whole thing and liked it.
