I was in the hospital and my cell phone was only working occasionally.
I went to the hospital because I had a fever that was getting worse. I went to the ER on Sunday afternoon, and they took cultures and couldn’t find anything. However the fever broke after about 12 hours. They did a blood test and found out I was nutrapenic or had a low white blood cell count. So then they made me stay for another day. Yesterday I was able to get them to release me provided my blood counts were going back up. They were so I was released at 7:30 last night. Monday and Tuesday I was feeling normal but I needed my blood to know that too.
This hasn’t changed my appointments yet. I am still going to get surgery Friday and see my Radiation Oncologist on Wednesday (a week from today). This though is contingent on me going in tomorrow and getting blood work done and having it come back normal… or at least normal for a lymphoma patient.
Max wasn’t happy with mommy gone, however he did have fun with daddy. We did have help with Max on Monday and that allowed Tony to bring me things. He was really happy when I got home.
