Just a quick update to say that we are alive and well. We did get snow but we still power and everything. The wind isn’t bad… though I don’t know if it will get worse with time. I think we got about 12 inches this time. Tony didn’t go to work today because of the snow but is doing work from home.
Emotionally I am not doing that well. I have had a few days to think about what my oncologist has said and I have contacted my RE (doctor who has babies E, G, H, I and J). I am thinking that I need to get a second opinion should I still have the lymph nodes in question. I figure I will have to travel a bit of a distance for this but that would be okay, after all if it saves my uterus it would be well worth it. Obviously I am still praying for a miracle but I don’t want to be blind to my options either.
Max and I seem to have a little bug today. Having no hair, means I have no nose hair. This is one of the defense mechanisms that we have to prevent getting sick. So it is easy for me to get a cold. So far I have no fever. So that is good news.
Yesterday, was Tony’s 35th birthday. It was also the 4th anniversary of the IUI to get the triplets. Hard to believe that it has been nearly 4 years since we lost our little angels.
Max got a new car seat this week. His old one, one that we purchased for the triplets, is going to expire on his third birthday and it is only rear facing to 33 lbs. He is very close to that, from all estimations, so I got him a new car seat that is rear facing to 45 lbs (forward facing to 80 lbs). And it will not expire till he is 9 years old. So that is good. This new car seat seems to give him more leg room and I think that makes him happy.
Well that is all for now.
