And now, the pictures you’ve all been waiting for. Some of Max with his Mommy. Two are taken of him in his going home outfit, which he wore to church today. (Yes, we got to church on time and everything.) We’re finding that Max is a very easy baby . . . as long as he is held 24 hours a day. He went to his first pediatrician appointment, and his doctor was surprised that he was released from the hospital because he lost 15 oz. since birth according to their scales. The doc insists that his discharge weight the previous day was incorrect. Well, Jennifer fed him overnight and he ended up ‘gaining’ 2.3 oz. and the docs patted themselves on the back for all the hard work they did. LOL. Something tells me that we’re just playing ‘how much food can we stuff into Max’ instead of measuring actual weight. Anyways, Max is a very hungry little boy and lets us know when he wants to eat. He doesn’t spit up and the lactation consultants say he’s nursing really well, so we don’t see any problem.

Congrats that your son is home. I think its great that you went to church. We went out all the time when the kids were newborn. Your live changes when you have children but they do not have to rule your world. You just adapt to the new things that come along with transporting a baby. Enjoy

Oh my, you must be sooooo happy! And, I’m sooooo happy for you. Max is precious and it is so wonderful to see you holding him in his own home Jennifer. It will be so fun to “watch” him grow as you share pictures. Sounds like gaining weight won’t be a problem since he is loving eating. I’m sure you and Tony are completely in love with your precious son. Congratulations and may you enjoy every day with your new little boy. I cannot imagine anyone who deserves this joy more.
Thanks so much for posting the pictures. Take care. Rowena

Hi Jenn Tony and sweet baby Max
I love the pics. Who does he look like? Grandpa is having a hard time being called Grandpa. I told him its ok, the roller coaster ride is over and this one turned out great. Be sure to enjoy every single moment with him because the baby stage goes by in a blink of an eye. Eddie just turned 13. I can’t hardly believe it. Hold him as much as he wants to be held. You cannot spoil a small baby. All my love to all of you. Tell Max his family loves him soooo much.

Jenn and Tony,
I love all the pictures of Max at home, but am especially fond of the one where Jenn is holding him in her arms. I am glad that the eating is going well, and am especially thrilled that everyone seems to be thriving.
