Well we are gradually unpacking all of our things. Our living room is now a room and not a place with floor to ceiling boxes. There are boxes in there but not as many as there were. We have books on shelves and everything. Our kitchen is another story. It is still packed but we have put some things in the cabinets that we have. We also received our kitchen cart and will be putting that together this weekend. That should help out quite a bit!
Max is breach (head up) as of Wednesday. I believe he is still like that since he has the fun trick of liking to stick his head out of the belly. I guess he knows how he is going be born and is eager but not that eager. Ha ha! Everything else is going good. My feet are the size of elephants (perhaps even each) but there is little I can do about it and it is just something I have to live with. When I put my feet up for any amount of time I feel nausea’s because Max pushes on my stomach. I figure as long as my feet don’t bother me then they shouldn’t be bothering other people.
In other news I am now asking for prayers for my maternal grandfather. He was recently admitted to the hospital and after some tests they now think that he has pancreatic cancer. My grandfather is a WWII vet who served all 4 years of the war. He lives on the west coast and because of all the problems that we have had with the triplet pregnancy, pregnancy and loss of Baby D and the pregnancy of Max I haven’t been able to go out there since December of 2004. My intention is to go out there next summer with Max. I would really like to see my grandfather when I go out there! My grandfather last I heard was in good spirits and was going to be released from the hospital soon. My impression is they are still trying to decide on the best option for him as far as treatment is concerned. My grandfather is 85 years old. Thank you for your prayers!
I haven’t heard anything about my step brother and how he is doing other then he was put on a steroid that makes it so he can’t be operated on for a few months. Hopefully his new treatment will work for him.
Sorry to end on such a downer note. I promise that the next post will be a bit happier… at least it will have pictures. Ha ha!

So happy to hear that you are emerging from you sea of boxes. Hopefully the kitchen will get done this weekend. However, that means you have to start cooking so maybe it is better to wait and go out to eat!
So glad that your swollen feet aren’t bothering you. I’m sure they will be back to normal after Max is born. You must be getting so excited!!!! I’m sure all of us who have been reading your blog for the past couple of years can hardly wait for that first picture of Max.
I’m sorry to hear about your grandfather and will be praying for him. I’m sure he is looking forward to his first visit with Max next summer.
Take care, Rowena
