Well I am finally on a cycle again! I can’t tell you how happy I was to see that come this morning. Last Friday I took a home pregnancy test just to see if the HCG was out of my system. That is the hormone that pregnant people produce. Well to my shock the test came back positive. Ugg! So needless to say it was a bit of a shock when I got my period today!
I will be going in on Thursday evening for my baseline ultrasound and bloodwork. Early next week I should have my hysteroscopy (I figure). They should be calling me today for the exact date and time. Other then that I don’t have any dates for anything.
Well you know me and that is not going to cut it. So I figured out my dates even if they don’t want to tell me them. Ha ha! I should be starting Lupron on November 20 (1 year anniversary of EDD of my triplets), I should start stims on December 7th (1 day past, DH’s and mine 4 year anniversary), ER will be around the 16-18, with ET around 21-23 (if I can get to 5 day this time), that would put beta on January 5, 2008 (1 year anniversary of losing Emily). Wait there is more… If I get pregnant I would be due around the first week of September. My doctor has already said that he doesn’t want me going past 38 weeks for a normal singleton, less if twins (my guess is 36 weeks). So that would mean that if I got pregnant with twins that I would deliver right in the window between the 2 year anniversary of my triplets being born (and Christophers passing) and Alexander dying (July 31 and Aug 11 respectively). How weird is that???
Rowena I am so glad you were not effected by the fires that much. I hope both of your daughters are well as well.
The Lutheran meeting on Sunday was interesting. Actually check that, the service was intersting too. I guess last Sunday was Refermation Sunday. Because of this they brought in 3 trumpeters. I felt like I was in the time of Martin Luther hearing the service. It was really great! Especially since the Lutheran church we go to is about 1/3 of the size of the Catholic church that we go to in the same town! Anyway the selecting of a new paster was great. They really thought about it long and hard to decide what the congregation really needed. Tony and I are both pleased by what we heard about the one they ended up voting on (we didn’t feel it right to vote ourselves). Now the process is in the pastor’s hands. He needs to decide if he will take the call. If he does then he will likely not be permanently installed till the spring. He is finishing up his doctoral thesis right now. So I will keep everyone posted on what happens there.
The Red Sox sweep. I couldn’t believe it! I thought the Rockies would have got at least one game. Tony called it I guess. He said that they would sweep and I didn’t believe him! Oops! Now I like the drama that is happening with the whole Yankee team, with Torre’s outing and A-Rod thumbing his nose at the Yankees. It is like a soap oprah without all the smut! Ha ha! Can’t wait to find out what today’s news is!
Well that is about all I have for now. I will post again on Friday with my baseline update.
