Merry Christmas!!!

Being dairy/soy free doesn’t mean that we have to not have any goodies! We made these Thumbprint cookies the other day. They are really tasty!

Yesterday Nathaniel hit a milestone that is always bittersweet for me. He turned 5 months 5 days old. 5 months 5 days is when Emily died. So now Nathaniel has been alive longer then our little girl. We knew this was going to happen but it is always so amazing to see how long she lived. I mean I certainly don’t feel like I just gave birth to Nathaniel. She really at a ton of fight in her.

We have been having fun with the crazy weather we have had around here. Sunday the high was around 72 degrees. Tonight it is suppose to snow. Yeah I think God is playing a trick on us!

Today I am making a faux cheesecake. I started already by making sun butter and chocolate cups. I am making far more then I need for the cheesecake but I never said candy is bad! I will take some photos when I am done. Here is the faux cheesecake recipe if you are curious.

We are going to church tonight and then I am sure I will have a bunch of little posts on here to show how the boys are doing. I hope everyone has a great holiday!
