Here are some photos I have taken in the last couple of days. The one of just Nathaniel was for my oncologist who I saw yesterday. She works with women who get diagnosed with cancer while pregnant or who want to have children after cancer. So she has a baby wall. I needed to give her a photo of Nathaniel for her baby wall and that was the photo I used!
Today Nathaniel turns 5 months. Where did the last 5 months go?? Nathaniel is growing and developing more and more everyday. Last night I had Nathaniel resting on a pillow, he pulled himself up a bit but fell over and ended up on his belly. He then tried to crawl a bit. Clearly he doesn’t know that he isn’t suppose to be doing that now.
Tony said that Sunday’s dinner was the best thing he had all weekend. It was the Waffle pulled pork sandwiches. So if you want to try just one thing, that might be it. Though I must admit that if you have a deep waffle maker, the recipe may not work as well. We got a cast iron waffle iron (stove top model) and that worked perfect!
Okay on to my doctor’s appointment yesterday. I am still in remission. I didn’t think otherwise honestly. Though there is always a moment of “what if” when you get a scan. She then said that I can go a YEAR till my next scan! I will see her in June for a remission check and she will get blood that can tell her if I am coming out of remission, but it looks like I am getting rather boring! YAY!! So I will see her in June and December next year. WOW!
I hope everyone has a great Christmas this year. We will be staying home and Tony has off next week so we should be having fun with more Dr. Seuss murals in the boy’s room.
