First post today… schooling for Max…

I ordered Calvert Pre-K homeschool curriculum for Max. Here is what is in the box.

 Box just opened.

 Packing material removed.

Inside the “school box” was pipe cleaners, unit counting blocks (don’t know what else to call those), crayons, a pencil sharpener, a plastic needle, 2 pencils, and watercolor paint with brush.

There are a lot of books that come with this. So from top left, Lesson manual (180 lessons), Welcome information, Favorite nursery songs (sheet music to go with CD), Road to Reading activity book, and Open Eyes Activity book. Then the school box, Read to me Storybook, Fit a Space – child game, yarn, capital letters game, packing list, button lacing game, cd for children’s songs, and clay.

This shows Stories and Poems, 2 packages of construction paper, a pad of paper, and a pad of newsprint. Next row, Path to Math activity book, 3 packages of manilla drawing paper and a Kindergarten fun pack (part of the lessons).

So that is what is in the box for his schooling. We will likely start from the beginning either late next week or fresh the following week.
