Well I had intended to write more today but I didn’t think it was needed. Because Tony was up half or even more then that, of the night last night I thought I would take Max to church this morning as the storm did look over when we woke up. Well we normally go to the 7:30 am mass but today, because of the storm, they only had 2 services at 9 and 11. So we got there and had to come back home. We ended up going to the 11 am service. It was way busier then we are used to but it worked alright. Max was the only negative spot, as he was acting up the whole time there. Not sure if it was because it close to that time of day where he gets tired or what it was. Anyway it pointed out the fact that we need to continue to go to the 7:30 mass.
We didn’t really venture out more then that. We did look at our roof and glanced at the shed and everything seemed to be okay. The wind was very bad this afternoon even though the skies were clearing. At one point we all had our noses to the window as we watched the wind sway the trees. Luckily we kept the power still.
The wind is now down to normal but it is rather cool outside being 66 degrees right now at 10:30 at night. I would have thought that a tropical system would bring tropical air behind it. I guess not.
That is all for now. Tomorrow should be a normal day for us.
