Christmas, Rudolph and snow!

Sorry for the long wait for me to post things. We have been busy busy though!

It started out on Saturday before Christmas. Max fell when in the back yard and skinned his nose! Thankfully right now it looks better and is almost healed. However 2 days later on Monday he was outside again and he fell and chipped his 2 front teeth (top front). I think this gave mommy and daddy both grey hair.

We ended up getting him into the dentist that day and it as a good kind of chip that it was only enamel. So we will keep an eye on him and if he has any pain from that tooth then we can take him back. It has been over a week now and no pain that we can tell so he must be good.

Max wasn’t done that day though! He still needed to color the walls (of his room) This was done with dry erase markers. This is the area of his room where we do our “schooling”.

 Fenway!

The marks on himself that he also did! (See neck).

 Fenway with bone!

Max after the chipped tooth was smoothed out a bit.

So this brings us to Christmas!
Max got a ton of cool toys, basketball hoop, a Fisher Price airplane, a set of Duplo blocks, a BIG truck, magnifying glass, some games, he tricycle that he got when we were in Florida. Lots of cool toys!
This is a different set of blocks. They are called Wedgets.

Our Christmas meal was Fondue! Cheese fondue…

 Tomato Fondue

Sticky bun fondue (served with muffins).

 Max loves fondue!!!

 Snow today…

Finally I must share this video of Fenway in the snow…
As you can see we had an eventful week. Tony had off last week and that helped a lot. We were able to get some things done that we had been failing to get done so that was good. All told we had a great vacation.
I should also say that Max in the last few days has started asking to go to church. I am a bit shocked by this as he has never asked in the past. He also started singing the tune of Silent Night this morning. I don’t know what has got into him but I hope it stays for a while!!
Talk to you soon! I hope everyone has a happy new year!
