Hello!

Well I don’t have a lot to share but I thought I would write something. Yesterday I went in for my blood test and while I was there I asked what my beta result was from Friday. To my surprise it was 33486 but what really surprised me was my progesterone which was 216. Now if you look up normal progestrone levels in typical (not treated pregnancies) you will see that normal is under 100. My progesterone just likes being high even though I am not taking as much of it as I was. This is even higher then I was last time with my IVF pregnancy and with the 2 injections a day (right now I am only one one). However it is still way lower then it was when I was pregnant with the triplets (about 400 all the time there).

So read into that what you will. We will find out for sure what is going on, on Friday. My ultrasound is at 8 am so I imagine if I am feeling well I should be able to get pictures up by noon. However if I am feeling worse who knows when it will be done.

Also for those who pray, I hear that there is a winter storm coming into our area that day. Now I personally would leave here at 3 am if I needed to, to get down there in time for my ultrasound, however if it gets bad I may have nowhere to go to! So if you could just pray that it is rain south of here (I don’t mind the snow here, that could mean that Tony would have the day off since he works north of here) then that would be most helpful. Thank you!

Jennifer

  1. Good luck on Friday! I can’t wait to see the U/S results.

I checked the weather just now (Hallie has an RSV shot in West Philly and so I was worried, too, even though we don’t have to go too far and we have 4-wheel drive) and it seems like it won’t be too bad early in the day. Hopefully the weather will hold out and you guys will get GREAT news. Keeping our fingers crossed here!
