I finally got permission from my father to allow people to see his blog on my sister Saphron who he is adopting from China. To see that blog click on the link in the sidebar of this blog.
Not much else happening with me. I started my insulin resistant diet yesterday and I am perpetually hungery now but that is about it. I keep telling myself to keep an eye on the prize. I need to be on this diet to have more children.

Please send your insulin resistance tips, diet, and recipes to [email protected]. I have this condition as well, and currently take Glucophage. I could use some guidance to get back on track. I have been touring the country with my new book, and as a result, my eating habits have really suffered. I am not sure that I remember anymore what I am SUPPOSED to eat! We could be insulin resistance buddies! 😉

I’m sorry you are hungry on your diet. I love your attitude though. The prize is definitely worth it; I just wish it weren’t so hard on you.
